Your first visit will take about 60 minutes. We'll start by reviewing your health history, then perform a comprehensive exam including posture analysis, range of motion testing, and spinal assessment. Dr. Heidi will discuss your health goals and create a personalized care plan. Most patients receive their first gentle adjustment on day one.
No referral is needed! You can schedule directly with us. Chiropractic care is a primary care discipline, so you can come to us first. Some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage — we're happy to help you check your benefits before your visit.
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Medicare. We also offer affordable self-pay rates and payment plans. Our team will verify your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.
A regular adjustment visit typically takes 15–20 minutes. Your first visit will be longer (about 60 minutes) to allow time for a thorough exam and health history review. We respect your time and work to keep visits efficient while still giving you the personal attention you deserve.
Prenatal & Pediatric
Absolutely! Chiropractic care is not only safe during pregnancy — it can be incredibly beneficial. Dr. Heidi is Webster-certified, a specialized technique for pregnant patients that helps maintain proper pelvic alignment. Many expecting moms find it helps with back pain, sciatica, and even optimal baby positioning.
Children can benefit from chiropractic care from birth! Dr. Heidi uses extremely gentle, age-appropriate techniques for infants and children. Pediatric adjustments use no more pressure than you'd use to check a ripe tomato. Many parents bring their newborns in shortly after birth, especially after a difficult delivery.
The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic sacral analysis and adjustment for pregnant women. It reduces interference to the nervous system and balances pelvic muscles and ligaments, which can improve comfort during pregnancy and help the baby achieve the best possible position for birth. Dr. Heidi is fully certified in this technique.
