Dr. Heidi Hansen, D.C.

Founder & Chiropractor

Dr. Heidi Hansen, D.C.

Webster Certified
ICPA Member
20+ Years Experience

Dr. Heidi grew up on a family farm right here in Charlotte, Michigan. After earning her massage therapy certification from Lansing Community College and a business degree from Cornerstone University, she followed her calling to Life University in Atlanta, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2005.

She established Balanced Health in Charlotte in 2008 and moved to the current location at 710 W. Lawrence Avenue in 2010. Webster-certified and pursuing advanced pediatric certification through the ICPA, Dr. Heidi brings specialized expertise in prenatal and pediatric care — plus a genuine belief that chiropractic wellness begins at birth and continues through every stage of life.

A Charlotte native who grew up on a family farm, Dr. Heidi made history as the first female to play on the high school boys football team. Outside the office, she plays euphonium in the Charlotte Community Band, volunteers with #LoveCharlotte, and is restoring her grandparents’ farmhouse.
